CREATIVE

As a professional wedding photographer in the Tampa Bay Area, I strive to achieve the “wow” of a client’s wedding day by photographing in a creative style. Creative style photos are one of my signature images that I include on every wedding. These images are the ones you imagine hanging proudly on your walls, or on the cover of your wedding album...the ones that draw inspiration from wedding ads, magazines and trend on social media. My creative style  incorporates movement, creative lighting, and storytelling while blending a couple and their environment.

My Creative Style focuses on:
  • Capturing vivid, fashioned poses.
  • Using environmental and architectural elements. 
  • Incorporating dramatic lighting and creative angles.
  • Elaborate hand editing.

I will hand edit these images, often taking up to an hour to perfect a single image. These photographs will offer a dramatic flair, while also capturing the beauty of the venue, the details, and the wardrobe. I work on getting the  right angles, lighting, and backgrounds to make these photographs look their best and will produce high-end, one of a kind images that will take your breath away. TIMELESS

​Blending in conventional captures is equally as important. All of those planned details and scheduled moments cannot be overlooked or forgotten. Typically, I will use natural light and artificial light photography techniques to capture photos that will stand the test of time...I'm a master at this! Even when the lighting is low or the setting is not ideal, I'm an expert in using artificial and environmental light to ensure I capture your day accordingly. You can expect images such as photographs of the wedding details, posed photos with family and wedding party, and other classic captures that you would normally expect.

My Timeless Wedding Photography Style incorporates:
  • Capturing crisp and clean images.
  • Using natural light or artificial light (on and off camera flash). 
  • Keeping the real, natural colors of your day.
  • Unscripted, posed, and formal shots.

This style of photography is will stand the test of time. In other words, your wedding photos won’t be cheesy on your 5, 10, 20 year anniversary. My Timeless style involves more planning on our part to make sure we get the shot we need. I will often adjust a pose, pause a moment, or gather groups of people together. DOCUMENTARY

Candid. Emotional. Photojournalistic.

We also use a documentary approach to your day. It essentially means that we are going to take the time to get to know our couples on a deeply personal level which will helps us to identify the moments that are important to them. It also helps us to understand what pieces of their day will evoke rich emotion, and especially, what memories are worth preserving. Our documentary style of photography captures even the small moments that sometimes occur in between more significant moments.

Our Documentary Style focuses on:
  • Capturing moments from different points of view.
  • Triggering powerful memories.
  • Noticing what others may not have seen.
  • Candid, unguarded moments.

Sometimes, while the couple are cutting the cake, the parents are quietly stealing a kiss in the background. Likewise, while the maid of honor gives her toast, the bride's tears may be creating the perfect portrait to capture such an emotional day. This style ensures that those moments that make memories get documented. As professional photographers, we will have our cameras ready to shoot through all the critical moments.
